We are proud to have successfully completed a signature project in our company's history.

We commissioned the 11.2 MW steam air heater heat exchanger project.

We succeeded in heating 400 tons/hour of air from 50°C to 150°C.

The cross-sectional area where the air passes through is 36 m².

It is the largest, or one of the largest, capacity units ever built by a Turkish company in a single unit.

One of the biggest challenges in the project was ensuring the homogeneous distribution of air from a narrow cross-section to a wide one. Using the results of CFD studies, we designed baffles that will distribute the air homogeneously over the exchanger.
